2018

They first crossed paths in the English Debating Club during college. A place meant for arguments and logic (and often times, fightings too), yet somehow, it became the beginning of their story. She often nagged him, half as a coach, half as an ex-leader, never realizing those moments slowly turned into something more.

2019-2020

During the long nights of practices, he would insist on driving her home, making sure her mother never had to worry. He would later tell her that somewhere along those quiet rides, between small talks and exhaustion, he fell in love. She never quite believed him, but her heart softened every time he said it.

2022

Fate brought them together again after few years. But this time, something felt different. The air heavier with meaning, the laughter getting softer, the eyes lingering longer. What once was annoyance and mentorship, now quietly and unexpectedly bloomed into love.

2025

There was never really any doubt; they had already seen each other unfiltered. She wasn’t always graceful, he wasn’t always composed. Yet in those late night debate, they saw each other’s truest selves. After 3 years together, they can no longer imagine a life apart. From debate partners to life partners, perhaps this is the most beautiful argument they’ve ever won.
